Process automation, apps & reach.

We automate your workflows, connect your systems and build apps your team will actually use. And to keep enough enquiries coming in at the front end, we can also take care of your social media and performance ads.

01 — Diagnosis

Your team is good. Are your processes?

Most businesses are not short of effort. They are short of processes that have grown with them. Data is entered twice, tools don't talk to each other, and nobody has time in the day-to-day to fix it properly.

  1. P.01

    Entering data twice

Enquiries from forms and inboxes are copied into the CRM by hand, invoices retyped, lists kept in Excel. It costs hours every week and creates errors.

  2. P.02

    Tools that don't connect

The average mid-sized business uses 40 to 60 SaaS tools. Each one solves part of a problem. Together they form isolated islands, with people copying data between them.

  3. P.03

    Data protection as a brake

Automation gets postponed because nobody is sure where the data ends up. Or it happens anyway, as shadow IT with no documentation and no one responsible.

  4. P.04

    Providers without a face

Ticket systems, changing contacts, projects that never end. And in the end, nobody in-house knows how the new system actually works.

GDPR-compliant

Every data flow is documented. We use GDPR-compliant providers with servers in Germany, and external services only receive what is genuinely needed.

Compliance & control

Clear access rights, traceable workflows, complete documentation. You always know who can access what.

Clear pricing

Scope and budget are fixed before we start. No open timesheets, no surprises on the invoice.

05 — Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Can't see your question? Write to us and you will get an answer within 24 hours.

Is process automation compatible with the GDPR?

Yes, if it is set up properly. We document every data flow, choose tools on data protection criteria and host in Germany. External services only receive what the task genuinely requires.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

Usually not. We connect your existing systems through interfaces, including older ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. We only replace what is really getting in the way.

Which processes should we automate first?

Anything that happens often, follows clear rules and is still done by hand: copying enquiries into the CRM, creating quotes and invoices, syncing data between tools. In the process review we prioritise by the biggest saving.

What does a project cost?

That depends on the scope. So we agree the work and the budget together before we start. You get a fixed quote, not an open-ended hourly bill.

Who is our point of contact?

One dedicated person who sees your project through from the intro call to handover and does the build work too. No hotline, no ticket system, no passing you on.

How soon will we see results?

A first usable version of an app is typically ready after about four weeks. For automation, we start with the process that eats up the most time, so the benefit shows early.
